- U.S. citizens must have a visa to enter Egypt. U.S. citizens can obtain a renewable single-entry 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Egyptian airports for a $30 fee. ((Please note, visa fee is included in price package and need to have a copy of your passport in advance)
- Passports must have 6 months validity and at least 1 blank page
- Passport sized photo for ID
- Proof of return flight
- For the time being, no vaccinations are required. It is always good to check with your doctor for any recommendations when traveling internationally. Covid vaccines are not required.
- Currency restrictions for entry and exit are less than $10,000.

- Round-trip from US and back, starts on a Saturday and return 14 days afterwards, on a Friday. For Short-trips, starts on Saturday and return 10 days afterwards, on a Tuesday.
- Deadline for commitment and full payment is 30 days prior to departure date. PLEASE NOTE, THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 10 PASSENGERS PER TRIP.
- Individuals will be responsible to purchase their round-trip tickets from US to Cairo, Egypt and back to US. When booking flights, make sure you arrive to Egypt on Sunday. (We are working on getting a group rate.)
- Booking page with application is now operating. You can fill out the application, pay in full and Submit.
- It is suggested to purchase Trip Cancellation/Travel Insurance as an extra precaution.
- Credit cards payments are accepted.

- Commit to the trip and book your tickets early and it will enable you to get better rates for air travel.
- Information is needed beforehand on accommodations and travel requirements for people with disabilities.
- Information is needed beforehand from individuals with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Individuals should pack medications needed to prevent an adverse reaction like antihistamines, or epinephrine injectors with refills.
- Prescriptions: Individuals should carry prescription medications in original packaging, along with doctor's prescription. Simple over-the-counter medications, (i.e., vitamins, ibuprofen, advil, tylenol, anti-diarrheal meds) are permitted. All narcotic and psychotropic medications, even if you have the original prescriptions, are prohibited.
- Moderate physical condition/strength is required to travel in Egypt. The amount of walking varies from site to site. We recommend that you be physically prepared and able to walk. Accommodations will be made for people with disabilities.
- While its security situation is frequently exaggerated by many media outlets, Egypt is generally a safe country for travel. Most areas are considered safe, and checkpoints are erected across several regions to ensure the safety of tourists. As for muggings, robberies, and other casual crimes, Egypt is also quite safe. You will find that t is safe to walk the streets at night when most Egyptians start social activities and cities come alive. Most restaurants and cafes are open late into the night. The majority of Egyptian people are welcoming and courteous and friendly to tourists.
- In Cairo and Luxor, our clients will be staying at five-star hotels. In Assuit, our clients will be staying at the best hotel available. The Nile Cruise will be a five-star luxury cruise.
- Accommodations include Full-Board (FB) - Breakfast and Dinner at hotels, and lunch at local restaurants located at tourist sites.
- Credit Cards are accepted at most places and ATMs are available.

- Egypt has 230 Voltage. Apple power adapters generally can handle both 230/120, therefore you will need a Type C adapter. For all other electronics, you will want to bring a converter.
- Throughout Egypt, days are commonly warm or hot, and nights are cool. Egypt experiences a mild winter from November to April and a hot summer from May to October.
- Since Egypt is predominantly a Muslim country, dress code should be conservative. Light fabrics like linen, cotton, jeans and athletic gear made to take the heat are best. For men, trousers, long shorts and t-shirts are standard option and for women, summer dresses, casual tops, capri's, long shorts etc. are fine. It is important to be modest and keep legs and shoulders covered-- especially when visiting religious sites. Low cut tops, tight clothing or see-through clothing should generally be avoided. Comfortable breathable sneakers closed toed shoes (made for walking) and sandals are fine.
- Sunscreen and hats will be needed throughout the trip
- Please refer to the "Itinerary" under each trip for further explanation on all the locations and sites that will be visited.
- On the home page, there is a "Flight Into Egypt" tab where you will find all the details on the historic background of the Christian sites
- There will be a private English-speaking Biblical tour guide.
- Leaders will be assigned for each trip.
- Christianity has deep roots in Egypt. Visiting the historical sites where the Holy Family resided will allow each person to have a spiritually enriching experience, and to be in the places where Joseph, Mary and Jesus walked, talked and lived, will make their "Flight into Egypt" trip more real and understandable, especially that this section of the trip is foreign to most people.
- For the land package, cancellations made prior to 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
- For the air tickets, airline cancellation rules apply.
- Tourism is at an all-time high in Egypt and as a result, hotels and tour companies require substantial and non-refundable deposits to reserve rooms, buses and other activities. As a result, all payments are non-refundable 20 days prior to departure.
- Travel documents needed for booking Air Travel:
1) Full name as it appears on your passport
2) Passport number
3) Passport expiration date
4) Airport from where you will travel from
Please note: Passports must have 6 months validity and at least 1 blank page.
As soon as you book and pay in full, We need a Photo Copy of your Passport in order to arrange getting you the Visa upon arrival.
In general, we can recommend air travel booking company. Please note, you must arrive in Cairo International Airport on Sunday.
